iCOURT accepts orders within EU, UK and US. We use the worldwide shipping services of DHL, Itella, DPD and Fedex.

The indicative delivery times are:

• Baltics – 1-3 workdays; parcel terminal of your choice
• Finland – 3-5 workdays; parcel terminal of your choice
• Rest of EU – 5-7 workdays; courier delivery
• UK – 1,5-2 weeks; courier delivery
• US – 1,5-2 weeks; courier delivery

Orders over 150€ are delivered to you for free.

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can get your money back no questions asked. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all full-priced items purchased on our website.

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the purchase. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage you to try the items in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

For the return of the items purchased within Estonia you just need to send the items back to iCOURT’s office at at Marsi str 10 Tallinn 11316 Estonia via parcel terminal. Returns are free of charge for the Goods received via parcel terminal, using the return code received within the delivery SMS notification. Note that only one return using the same return code is free of charge. For returns in other EU regions, UK and US, a return form must be filled at https://icourt.returnscenter.com.

The return rates are as follows:

• Latvia, Lithuania - 6 EUR
• Finland, Sweden - 10 EUR
• Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Poland, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium - 16 EUR
• US - 38 EUR
